**Has to be made in eclipse using TomCat and mySql implementing the apache struts2 framework and using JSP**
**Only has to be run locally off localhost**
You are required to build a web application using the Struts 2 framework connected to a MySQL database to fulfil the following brief:
A new system is required to record Covid vaccines at a vaccine centre. Members should be able to register using their name, email address, date of birth, PPSN, Eircode, GP name and password. This should create a record of the user in the database with these details. They should be able to login using their email address and password.
The first page users get when logged in should display all the user’s details, except password, and ask the user to confirm that their details are correct.
1. Are the details displayed above correct?
If the user clicks “No” they should be brought to a page that allows them to enter all the details again, except password. On submission this should update the user’s details in the database. If the user clicks “yes” they should be brought to the vaccine questions page.
The vaccine questions page contains the following questions:
Do you have any Covid symptoms?
1. Are you feeling sick today?
2. Have you had Covid in the past 3 months?
3. Have you had an allergic reaction to a vaccine before?
4. Do you consent to getting the vaccine today?
If the user answers Yes to any question 1-3 or do not give consent, they should be brought to a page that says “You cannot be vaccinated today, please talk to the staff member in the facility to arrange a suitable appointment”. Otherwise, they should be brought to a page where the vaccinator will enter vaccine details. They will enter:
1. Vaccine type i.e., Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Jansen, Moderna.
2. Batch Number
3. Date given i.e., today’s date
Once submitted, this information is stored in the database also.
Users should be able to view the full list of details when completed.
Users should log out after completing their vaccine centre visit.

Functionality is not complete without a feature working fully i.e., enter it via the webpage, take it into the code, enter it in the database, display the resulting page (including any data required on that page).
