Hi We are looking for a part time/full time full stack developer to work on a business application development software. We are a startup software development company with 2 shareholders/directors on board. Both shareholders come from a technology background and have an active role in the Company. I am accountable for the business development, operations and project management side while my partner is accountable for product visioning, SME consultancy, design and everything to do with delivery of the product. We have our business plan ready and funding secured for the same. The product requirements have been identified at a high level and some of them are: - The application is targeted at the SME market in the sub saharan market - The application will accept documents and utilise OCR technologies (open source preferably - Tesseract?) to process those documents to retrieve raw data and eventually transforming and exposing the raw data into valid information to external entities. - The application will be delivered in phases with a defined list of features for each phase. - The application's infrastructure will employ a hosted traditional thick client/server in its initial phase with the idea of adding mobile apps and moving the "servers" to the "internet" (cloud) in subsequent phases
