Distribute students to test rooms

Hi Every One After greeting ,, I need a function that automatically distributes students to test rooms. I have a system that I am currently developing, offering a job placement service through the company website. Where the advertised jobs are available and after taking all the data of applicants are studied and accept who applies the initial conditions.
