Create a Launch4j wrapper for a simple cmd-line application in maven

Your job is to create a simple launch4j wrapper, which has following requirements: Milestone #1: - it runs on windows - it wraps the newest JRE into the exe - add any arbitrary png image as splash-screen to launch4j - starts any java application (e.g. you can implement a simple javafx ui, which gets started) - to build the launch4j package you use maven Milestone #2: - it wraps additional applications, which are easy callable from the started java application. To show if it is working: Embed either portable chrome or portable firefox into the launch4j exe and start this browser to open any arbitrary webpage from the java application created in Milestone1 Milestone #3: - it runs also on mac and linux - with all above mentioned features Milestone #4: - our internal tests (we need about 2 weeks for this part) Mandatory libs - launch4j 3.11 Payments Our payment plan (not discussable) are fixed to the delivery of this milestones: #1 (10% payment) - provide us full working implementation as source (see also later: in our git repository no no zip file or binary file deliveries are accepted!) #2 (25% payment) - provide us full working implementation #3 (25% payment) - provide us full working implementation #4 (40% payment) - after our finished tests (can take up to 14 workdays) #5 (10% bonus) - if you deliver in time and in quality (5% delivered milestones in time and 5% delivered in quality, means without any issues, which are easily to find with simple tests and code reviews) Qualifications What real business project solutions have you implemented with launch4j? How many years of experience do you have with launch4j? How many years of experience do you have with maven? Your delivered artefacts have to be: - the full source code with JDK8 features (e.g. preferably use new features like annotations, if possible) - a fully working [login to view URL] to build, test and run the application - a fully working [login to view URL] to build the application as a single jar (embedded all jar inside this single jar) - a delivery of all sources has to be done in our a selfhosted gitlab (git repository and issue tracking). We will share the access after we award you the project - all features of JavaSE and JavaEE standards are allowed - preferably already solved problems like in apache commons is strongly recommended - additional libs need to be mentioned prior usage to avoid licensing issue - spring is restricted for this project - your code will pass standard checks in findbugs, checkstyle and PMD Runtime Your delivered artifacts will run with/in: - Eclipse Oxygen with 5 mandatory plugins shared in the repo README (no Netbeans, no Idea IntelliJ) - Maven 3.2 - oracle jdk8 version 111 or newer Communication We do not want to waste your time, so do not waste ours.
