Building a automated Program

Hello experts, We are in need of a Bot, which should accomplish the mentioning points: - It musst be able to buy Shoes from [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] automaticly in 2-3 seconds, when a release of an limited Shoes drops on the website. (e.g Yeezy, limited Jordans, OFF WHITE x Nike shoes, etc.) - It should work with many different accounts for each website (e.g. 200-500 Nike accounts or for other websites) and apply to buy for each account at the same time. - It should be also able to set proxies and divide them to each account for seeming to be in different places. - It should be able to create accounts with the same shipping Adress and the same Paying information on [login to view URL] with further little features. - It should be able to Buy automatically and be able to Autofill the Buyers information for each Buy. - The Bot surface should be easy to use with being able to fill the information of the Shoe of choice with URL, the Size of choice, Paying Information and Shipping Adress and giving feedback to, if we got the Shoe and the payment gone throw and how often on which accounts. - It should work on Mac OS 10+ and Windows!! The one getting the job should be familiar with the mentioned websites, getting limited Shoes online and how the websites work on they releases of limited Shoes.
