Website monitoring application to display data from Oracle Database
Require monitoring tool to display data from Database using a simple 'count' statement. Will need to be 'real time' data.
There will be 8 visualizers in total querying 8 different DBs (same table name and same query)
Simple query - select integer 'count' of the table, output into a visual graph or dial > when table count hits a set threshold graph will rise, turn red etc..
It will need to be placed into a HTML internet site site - please note this is a intranet and not facing the Internet at all! so you cannot try use Google chart APIs, Chart-beat ect.
It shouldn't put any unnecessary load or hits on the DBs.
Happy if coded in Java/JavaScript, Python, API, Flash even but will need to be clearly coded, no shortcuts, no use of unauthorised licensed code, no sloppy code, clearly commented, able to change attributes with ease.
Need to be visual and very well displayed.
Environment info: Oracle 10g, IIS6, Win Server 2003, Python 2.2, JRE6, Flash10, IE8, Apache Tomcat 5.0, PHP (if needed). - application will need to be tested in this environment! if it requires anything more to run you need to tell me!

Please read my proposal in PM. This is do able with just the oracle database since you are using the intranet. Even easier if there are no authentication issues.
