Build me a 2 page app.

I am an individual with a idea, I need someone to build a small application with a login page same as social media and with a few fields. Possibility to upload a photo and put in text once again very much like a social [login to view URL] is a difference to this [login to view URL] upload or typing into text box or any data that's being inputtedmust be incrypted. We then need a post button but the post button functionality will not post data. Once we get to this point I can give more info. This app must share to all other social applications. Google and IOS, windows cross platform. Not cloud based, download to phone. The app will only have/need internet connection at certain times during the use of it. I would think at start and when you want to share info to other social platforms. When sharing it should include this app name to all other social media. Advertising on the page must be possible to gain income.
