1. “Form for gathering information" a. We will start with an empty database consisting of several fields such as name, address and company, phone, email etc. (approx. 30 fields) (to be able to input info from an iPad (locked under admin mode), Mac or iPhone. 2. There should be a search function that populates fields of name, address, phone etc. The database is composed from the “form for gathering information” fields. 3. iPad requires admin password to escape the “form for gathering information” screen. 4. Calendar to be integrated with the “form for gathering information”. It should be able to schedule contacts in calendar. Phone call can be made from a laptop. 5. Invoices should be put into an adjustable drop down menu meaning you can remove and add items. Please see attached file called new invoices to get an idea.
