I will Pay GOOD $ and LONG Term Project if you can consistently build 3 websites that makes >$30 per day for me

Good Day all! Stay home and safe. I need a very professional individual to build and handle 3 websites for me. These 3 websites would be a start of my new long term projects. Below are some criteria: 1. The websites would be of some ever green topics that could bring in traffic to the websites and at least make $30 a day for me. You need to come up with the NICHE and TOPICS, let me know WHY you choose them. 2. THERE SHOULD BE NO FUNNY SPAM DODGY methods used here. IT has to be ORGANIC TRAFFIC, NO PPC, NO ADVERTISEMENTS NO ADWORDS Or any other traffic sources. 3. If can be any LEGAL and LEGIT ways such as affiliate, adsense etc. It can be a combination of any as long as the traffic comes in. 4. There should be NO PLAGIARISM AT ALL. I have my team to check manually for all the contents. 5. The content and website generally will have to look professional, creative but neat. More importantly the content can be attractive and capturing organic traffic. 6. NO COPYRIGHT items can be used be it pictures or videos etc. 7. There will be profit sharing scheme going on once the traffic comes in. 8. When the websites started showing consistent daily profit >$30 for more than 2 weeks and RANK WITHIN FIRST 2 pages on google. This is when I will pay you full sum and have a contract to do a profit sharing with you. 9. Once all the above are crystalized and successfully implemented, we will have a long term employment contract.
