Traffic to Website, Marketing and Development

Basically I need to get traffic to my website in order to generate revenue and more genuine followers on both Twitter and Facebook.
So what is required is the following:
- 3000+ daily (new) UK users to website - not bots or fakes etc...
- - 10% of users should click on ads within the website
- - this must be achieved within 30 days of project being awarded
- 10,000 Facebook Likes/Followers from the UK
- - At least 10% of new weekly followers should click through to the website via Facebook posts or directly from Facebook page
- - this must be achieved within 15 days of project being awarded
- 10,000 Twitter Followers from the UK
- - At least 10% of new weekly followers should click through to the website via Tweets or directly from Twitter page
- - this must be achieved within 15 days of project being awarded
Any users acquired from outside the UK to my website will NOT be counted as new users and neither will any new followers on Facebook and Twitter if they are from outside the UK.
Black hat SEO methods must NOT be used whatsoever.
Link Building, backlinking and other such methods are welcome to be used.
Previous work of having already achieved the above-mentioned tasks should be demonstrated.
The budget for this project is currently £100, however as I will require further work after this their is potential to increase this budget.
