PPC set up for new online bingo brand

Hi,
We are looking for a freelancer to set up our PPC campaigns on Adwords and BingAds for our new bingo site.
We already have a bingo site now, so the tasks will include:
1. Reviewing the best campaigns, keywords etc. for the launch of the last bingo site.
2. Copying these over to the new brand and optimising the campaigns.
On going tasks will include:
1. Weekly report of how all campaigns are performing
2. Maintaining the account, depending on performance (changing ads, pausing ads, changings budgets).
3. Weekly report on actions taken on the account.
Ongoing tasks would be for both brands.
Please let me know two prices:
1. For initial set up (this is what you will have as your quote)
2. For ongoing maintenance (please let me know how much this will be in a separate message)
Total budget for both brands would be £5,000 per month but could be increased if performance was good.
