Uk-based FinTech social media expert needed for creating and managing content on an ongoing basis

We're a FinTech company based in London looking for a social media expert(s) or agency to completely manage our social media channels across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter on an ongoing basis. This role includes: 1. Work with us to brainstorm and create engaging content aimed at driving brand awareness and conversions. Minimum of 1x post per week across all channels. 2. Increase our followers and engagement scores on a weekly basis (min. 10% increase in followers and maintain min 3% engagement rate). 3. Build our voice across social channels - liking/sharing/commenting to attract more of our target audiences. Minimum of 10 likes, shares and comments per channel per week. 4. Derive a blogger outreach strategy to add authenticity and scale to our online blog. The candidate(s) MUST: 1. Be able to show concrete successful results from previous work (creative/content/percentage uplifts) 2. Have experience working in a similar role with Start-Ups and/or Financial Services businesses. 3. Be able to commit a minimum of 1 day per week to this role. 4. Be able to offer their services at a reasonable cost - as a Start-Up our budgets are limited and we need to show investors our predicted ROI for every cost line. 5.
