Help me with Marketing

Hello! I need help with marketing and sales of a new product I am releasing. Basically it is an electronic light bar that is programmable for a variety of lighting effects and is app controlled as well. This has uses in special effects and lighting for DJs as well as light therapy, psychotherapy. It is a very important project. First things first. I envision 2 web pages. one is a landing page to do pre-orders and ordering, the other page offers more product information. The ordering page needs to have a coupon code field so I can offer discounts and track where leads are coming from by the code offered on business cards or brochures. There may be only 10 different codes to track a general idea of where purchases are coming from. I also need mailer, business card size promo cards, and display brochures that are simple, clean, to the point and show an easy way to place orders and get more information. If you have better ideas I want to discuss them. But this is really simple and I don't want it complicated, but I do really want a creative thinker who will deliver awesome results. Ultimately I want to have full blown site, company and brand identity, on Amazon, etc and I hope I can find a great candidate who "just get's it" and is easy to work with and understands growth, limited budgets, and how to start small think outside the box and create growth. Honestly I've tried to fill this type of position over a dozen times and have been promised a lot but have had very little delivery or the person has just choked and could not deliver all together... not cool. Also, I am self funding this project. I have a few pre-orders and need to get these numbers up ASAP. I can't afford big $$$ up front, and I don't want to insult talent with a lower hourly rate. I want someone who can work with this process of starting up and bootstrapping. I want to pay the right candidate well for their time and effort and actual performance. Your own skin needs to be in the game, I need a person who has commitment and investment and wants to see this project succeed as much as I do and ongoing communicate with me is very important.
