I am working as an architect since April 2012 I have worked on multiple types of project including hospitals, IT parks, residential, mixed use developments, hotels, hotel refurbishment etc. Having experience in multiple kind of projects and dealt with multiple clients and multiple requirements is an advantage in terms of easy understanding of client's needs, budget, design aspect and creativity i have put maximum 15 days time period which shall include site visit, initiating survey drawing if not available directly, discussion with client and understanding the requirements, design intent, delivering pre concept which shall include proposed detailed design, BOQ, Rendered 3d views, etc, finalizing contractor. We can take care of leakage and wall strengthening in this time duration if needs to be treated urgently. However it is ideal if the work on site starts post finalisation of pre concept so we don't have to put hold once the work has started on site for any design related suggestions/ changes. I am looking forward to meet up the client with my team and detailed port folio of work that we have done!!

We need to estimate the work after visiting your 3BHK property as mentioned in your Bid. It is difficult to estimate repair work with description provided by you. After visit, we will provide you with exact repair scope, material and labor charges as well as estimated time for completion. You will have to mention any work conditions such as working time in your housing society as well as need to provide necessary approval from the society before commencing the work.
