We are constructing a 3-storey Shopping Center with a roof-top for lounge/sports bar in Accra, Ghana and will need the services of a professional to help us with Interior design/fixtures for the project. The entire project will be under one management company, and there will be no rental of space. In effect, we will need help in converting and empty space into a well laid out shopping center. To aid you, kindly find below the floor space: To aid the discussion, please find below floor area (both total and useful floor area) for various levels. Ground floor 435sqm 490sqm First floor 420sqm 480sqm 2nd floor 420sqm 480sqm Roof top 435sqm 490sqm We will appreciate your feedback, on timelines, costing amongst others. The services will include largely advising us on the arrangement of the entire shop floor, and also the type and quantity of racks, shelves and other fixtures needed.
