Searching for an Instagram Designer / Marketeer for Instagram campaigns

We are an agency from Berlin, Germany and we are searching for a cool Instagram Designer / Marketeer (m/f/d). We have customers who hire us to do their Online Marketing (e.g. in Fashion, Pharmacy, Sports, Food, E-Learning, Automotive, Retail, etc.) and one of the parts will be the Instagram Campaign. We have ideas what to say and how the ad shall look like (mostly it will be a photo and animated text ad funny graphics need to be put on the photo). There shall be a little animation and the ad shall be produced with Instagram marketing tools or the tool box Instagram provides in their app. So we will provide you with photos and you shall be creatively making animated Instagram ads of this. We will give you the text / content for the ad but you shall be able to animate it and publish it regarding to our strategy. As an agency we are have tremendous expertise and are in business since 2002. With 99% of our freelancers we are working on a long term base. So you would gain a customer that will stay with you looooooong time if you want that (and if we can cooperate in the beginning quite well).
