Improvements and customizations needed in phpfox websites | Phase 2

I have websites developed in phpfox ...i need someone who is full stack developer and can work long term towards website development, bug fixing and site maintenance on paid basis ...i will be updating google sheets with the project requirements and would require the developer to work task by task and document his/her work
At present the requirements are
1.) Customisations within site
2.) Code sanitisation ( clean code and reusability , i will explain )...
also hope to move from php 5 to php 7 in the process for 4-5 web pages
Here the idea is to rewrite the code cleanly for 5 pages ( i.e practise , game , cart , upgrade and review) and make maximum reusability ..if some part of the code can be reused , lets write them as file and have then in include folder ...i.e common css, common js , etc
we are using function script for all functions and have it in include directory
i want to develop class for all the functions and call it when required using object ...presently most of then are raw queries ...the idea is to make the strongest clean script for the 5 pages of the site that we have and create very strong documentation for it
3.) page loading for framework
4.) website cloning for doing test updations on test website
