Animator with AI/JSON/Android experience

We require an animator to make a single animation on a screen transition in a android game. You will be provided with all the static AI images. You do not have to implement it into the app. All you must do is make the animation so it is suitable for our developers to implement into the app. Attached is what we require, it needs doing from scratch, using the AI image file as we have sadly lost the raw project file for this animation and cannot use the .mov file.
