URL rewriting IIS 7.5

I moved my website from IIS6 to IIS7.5 and need to have some URL Rewriting done.
Originally the rewriting was done in ISAPI rewrite and the rules imported into IIS7.5 fine with the exception of the URLS that had word spaces which previously showed %20 ( I know bad practice!) but now return 404's. There are four pages (dynamic) that need the rules written: 'make, model, sold, state'

[url removed, login to view] Healey
[url removed, login to view] Dakota
The rewrite should show a dash to replace the word space i.e Bel-Air, Austin-Healey
Also note that there may be more than two words i.e. 5 Window Coupe
Please show the ability that you have the expertise to do this and complete this project ASAP. Priority will be given to those who demonstrate the skills and can do this project now!
