Task 1: Develop a High-Level Program Design Task description: Use the results of the diagnostic activity mapping to create a program overview including high-level performance goals, target skills, and approximate length and format of the training. Inputs: Activity Mapping Summary (this is the team’s summary of what they observed for the two roles the employer would like to target) Generation behavioral skills and mindsets (this is reference material for you about the Generation methodology) Activity Mapping Notes (assume these were raw notes taken by a team member) Outputs: Program overview: please include the following in memo (maximum 2 pages) Performance goals Target skills (must include technical skills, behavioral skills, and mindsets) - note, the mindsets will be the same four mindsets provided in Exhibit 2, as they are standard across all programs Approximate length and format of the training (assume incoming workers have no prior background in the role or of the organization) Any elements of the program you would include to ensure participant success Task 2: Conquer your inbox! Task description: Process the emails in your inbox. Using the Response Plan template, assign a priority ranking to each email. If you would reply to the email, compose a draft of the reply. If you would take some other action, describe the action or series of actions you would take. If you propose any conversations or meetings as a follow-up action, describe briefly desired outcome of the interaction and the approach you would take.
