Write PHP script to fetch data from Google Sheets and display in HTML

I'm looking for a PHP developer to write a simple user account script. The script should handle the following:
1. Generate temporary URL for user to access their account (sent to their email, expires after 24hours)
2. When user loads account via URL, fetch all relevant data using Google Sheets API and render into HTML
From Google Sheets you will fetch:
- Fetch and display all Orders from "Sheet 1" where "emailAddress" column matches the email provided by the user
- For each unique orderId found, fetch and display all Active Tasks from "Sheet 2"
I've created the HTML layout already, so your task is to write the PHP functionality and to then display the output of these functions using the HTML template(s) provided.
