Web Developer to create 2 static pages in HTML & CSS with Mako templates

We have some designs created and are looking for a web developer to create 2 static web pages. There is nothing fancy on the pages. There are no animations. We are looking for someone who can work fast. The pages are using openedx. You can check out this theme here to see the kind of work you would do [login to view URL]
This is not standard HTML. A templating engine is used. Mako is the name and you can learn more here [login to view URL] The platform it is integrated on is OpenEdx. You can find more info [login to view URL]
We are a 501c3 registered nonprofit that helps disadvantaged children of color by teaching them software development.
The complete home page. The complete About page. Both done according to the Figma spec. MUST be uploaded to our website and working.
