URL Shortener with Image Upload - [login to view URL] clone -

I'm looking for a coder who builds a site based on ZEND to shorten urls with pictures and have a reporting dashboard for users.

Features:

- URL Shortener with a UTM builder and a possibility to associate a space, domain, alias, a type and a person to each (like [login to view URL])

- Image Upload/Resize/Thumbnail with short url

- Storage on Amazon S3

- Possibility to login to manage links and image gallery (edit title, delete image, upload new image, view clicks) and shortened urls (see clicks)

- Show user history (urls &pics)

- Dashboards with clicks over time, and filter by timeframe, space, person, etc

- Simple Administration for uploaded images: Show uploaded images by date (thumbs), delete images (eg nudity), block users for uploading
