Python and HTML expert required

The project is based on: -A web mapping service, like geojson.io. This WebGIS is going to read 2 files ( data on GeoJSON format). One file is the building in a city, and the other file is the available area of this building (this area is inside the area of the building), so both files have to interact. In each GeoJSON file there are some properties, and the interface graphic must have a control bottom to visualise this properties in a popup table. - The main goal is to develop a python script to interact both layers (GeoJSON files) and to show in a web GIS with a framework OSMAPI (Open Street Map, leaflet, GeoServer, GeoMapFish...) and the result is something like the picture attached, where (and this is important) I can select an area of building (drawing a polygon) and the web have to be able to give me the properties of the area selected. You can starting from the [login to view URL] because is open source to save time. And please, one short line of text to explain the code for each paragraph. Requirements: -HTML -Python 2.7 -Open Street Map, Leaflet, GeoServer, GeoMapFish... If the project finish correctly, there will be another version which don't use local files if not REST service to catch data from the servers. Not in this version. Please, ask me any doubts.
