Money Transfer web-app

I am looking for someone who can build web-app in MERN stack framworks. This is just an overview of how the web-app will look like in general. Other things will be discussed later. Header should contain about us, send money, FAQ, login and signup button Landing page with currency exchange locked rate and a quote section Upon accepting quote user should redirect to login in order to proceed to send money login and registration for user – show user name on the right top corner of the header encrypt password in database encrypt client request data to server decrypt response from server to client Give user CRUD capacity to his details, account & KYC Before login send OTP and only after entering right OTP login user user can be registered as customer, admin and agent admin should have ability to perform CRUD on customer, agent send money page should have capacity enter amount, receiver details, delivery method (bank and cash pick up), receiver -show the receiver as list from database if they already exist if not add them in the payment method to us via bank and payId only and options to upload the transferred receipt as jpg, png or pdf give the details of bank in a small box in the send page Summary of the transaction details before submit the form to the server, allow CRUD if user wants to there if user thinks details are not correct Transactions page should show user if their transaction progressing, pending or paid. The status should be updated by admin page Admin Dashboard Admin should be able to perform CRUD on his account itself Show user list and their associated account details including receiver from the database Allow CRUD on the user list Show the newly created transaction from user and allow it to mark progressing, pending or paid Admin should able to send messages to user phone upon receiving transaction details to the system saying your amount is received and processing shortly, after marking paid, message should go to user phone no that is paid to the beneficiary in their local currency. Admin should be able to calculate see total amount of transaction outgoing and total service charge collected Print the report of daily transaction or export to excel or pdf. App should be responsive to mobile devices what security features you think best fit for this sort of web-app ? Thanks
