Live Property Bidding Platform

This project is for live property bidding. There will be various types of users on the platform, for instance a normal user, a property agent, admin etc. The platform should be optimised for mobile, and SEO optimised. The normal user should be able to place bids on properties they like when bidding goes live, there should be a dashboard that allows the user to upload various documents and make secure payments online. When a bid is live, there should be a visible realtime count down with the various bids that have been placed ordered by the most recent. The property user should be able to post a property with multiple pictures, descriptions, property type, zonal permissions, price etc. The admin should be able to set bid dates and group the properties to go live on the set date. The front site should be able to list past bids and the properties included in those bids and view the historical bids as they happened. The bidding process should be instant and update on all devices in realtime as the counter will need to be reset with each successful bid. This project will need to be developed on a JavaScript framework for realtime updates to be as functional as possible. The database should be either SQL/Firebase, this can be discussed before commencement of the development. This project should be completed within 10-15days. There is an agreed upon design with a generic template that needs some work, but this can be discussed upon winning the bid.
