EXTERNALLY EMBEDDABLE HTML5 AUDIO PLAYER

I need an html5 embeddable audio player. This has to be easy to embed in an external page by someone who has no programming skill, I will put in my website the html snippet to copy in order to embed the player in an external page. It has to be easy to customize using css. It has to accept a JSON containing a list of one or more audio files(mp3 or m4a) stored on Amazon S3. When user clicks on the play button the player has to send an AJAX(post) request to an endpoint I will provide, sending a JSON containing the url of the page on which the player is embedded and the id of the played track(the id will be in the source json); this implementation has to be simple and easy to extend in the future. I will provide a png explaining the expected base layout and an example JSON. As an example you can look at Spreaker embeddable player, I expect the same behaviour.
