Create web based mini games for educating kids (Grades 2 to 7)

We are looking to develop a series of mini-games to help children learn mathematics and English. These games will be designed by our in-house content experts.
We are looking for someone who can translate these mini concepts into games using javascript. HEre is one sample that we built using phaser game engine -

You will be provided with the input in form of a powerpoint presentation and graphics will also be provided to you. I have attached a ppt that has 2 mini-games - this will give you an idea about the game input and the scope.
Total games - 60.
Price per game = $75
Total project cost = $4500
Turnaround time = 2 days per mini-game.
The audience of the app will be children in the age group of 6 to 12. You need to possess a strong product sense and should be able to make the game interactive and fun for children. Most of this will be provided to you (see attachment), but we would prefer someone who can get some product sense as well.
You need to always keep the child in mind and have a child-centric approach.
