Cherwell Development

Looking for Cherwell (ITSM Platform) administrator and developer that can assist with some short term project for enhancing our platform. Cherwell is a key requirement so please freelancers if you are not a Cherwell Administrator or dont have experience with an ITSM platform, don't bid on this project.

Must have:

• Integration experience with various MSP platforms including ConnectWise Continuum, Open DNS, ID Agent, etc.

• Must have experience implementing Cherwell ITSM platform for large organizations

• Must have decent understanding of Managed Services processes and methodology

• Responsible for maintenance and overall health of the Cherwell ITSM environment. This includes monitoring supporting architecture, rolling out upgrades and patches, overseeing license usage, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

• Experience with creating custom Cherwell objects and MApps

• Experience building integrations from Cherwell to third party applications

• Knowledge of base technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, database, and other technologies

• Experience with web services like REST and SOAP

• Proactively monitors supported business processes and seeks continual process improvement in accordance with, but not limited to ITIL best practices.

• Administers and maintains access to environment, roles and permissions.

• Customize existing business processes or implementation of new business processes to meet Company’s needs. This may be self-identified or at the discretion of management.

• Communicates environmental changes to key stakeholders in timely manner and oversees the Change Management process with considerations for impact to users and customers.

• Provide KPI metrics, reports, and analysis through scheduled jobs, on demand or custom dashboards.
