Build me a subscription web application

I want someone to build me a subscription web application. The web application will have following pages.
1) Login page -- login using gmail/google authentication and backed authorization by admin only. no self registration for this application. User can only login using their gmail account after they are setup in back end system by sys admin.
2) Document Import page - API is already built (API build not in scope ) to import documents. Will share API end points. This page will invoke the Rest API . Import process will import documents to Azure Blob storage. Once import completes page should show show the imported documents. (no document delete option on storage only view option). There will be few more buttons here that will invoke API end points (All API are built) only required to be invoked from web app,
3) Result Page - This page will show the processing result in table form . Data will be supplied via API end point. There will be update option via API.
4) Search board page - This page will have google type search. Search API is already built will be shared. Partially built search page is also built.
5) Document download page - This page will show output documents in blob container. Only download option no update, delete or other container browse option.
6) Dashboard page - Will have few dashboards on this page. roughly 5 dashboards. Will provide partially developed dashboards. Would require minimal change.
7) Support page - Here users will be able to create support request or request to change their subscription.
8) 2 Back-end pages required to register new subscription users and for new client on boarding. On-boarding api will be provided. Back-end page should only be accessible to admin users.
A clickable prototype will be provided to help with build and design process. All API details will be provided in detail. All functionality for application is already built. The system could be run end to end by rest API call. This is just putting a skin on the API already built.
This project will require Javascript, HTML, node.js, Azure BLOB storage and Restful API experience
