Build search and compare functionality for word press website (Word press, CSS, SQL)

We need a word press developer with SQL expertise who can design a utility/program on word press website. 1) A search and comparison program is required where we can search the vendor/dealers based on location and then further compare the vendor with other vendors (from the search list) to compare the detailed information and choose the best .selection of vendor/dealer will be based on selection input like Location , product , service. 2) Booking /Appointment form require : Once vendor/dealer is finalize based on comparing the results, create Booking/appointment with unique booking number and cancel option. 3) Upload feature : a. Excel upload option : to upload detailed information to word press SQL DB. b. Vendor picture upload option. Features may require in comparison program: 1) Expansion and Collapse function to expand (+) and collapse (-) dealer's results. 2) Display and pull customer reviews from other website (googl) -> 3rd party review if googl allows to get get API. 3) Responsive design. 4) Check to include or exclude.
