I have done this exact task with magento 2 and porto theme. I should be able to advise and assist in the completion of this task on your website within a few days. I can show you a production site with this functionality that I have implemented. Essentially we will need to store the affiliate link as a product attribute and reference this attribute to dynamically populate the affiliate url in place of the buy button. The details of doing this depend on how your data is organized. Regardless, it can certainly be done.
