Adapt a Wordpress Template to a Website

Hi, I have bought this Wordpress template on behalf of my client: [login to view URL] and would need assistance to finalise its customisation. The client is a Real Estate company based in Australia - just starting so they don't have much properties and information yet. So there are more things to de-activate on the template that things to add - we are stripping it down! HOME PAGE: - Remove the top bar with account login links - Set up of the navigation menu (main parents + drop-downs) according to site map that I will provide. I will be inputing the content. - Display a photo slide show instead of the interactive map - Hide the filtering system in CSS (not de-activate completely) - Keep the carousel of properties but not the "recent properties" on left column - Keep the agents block but not the featured properties on the right column - Remove the Theme Features and Partners blocks - Remove the 3 shortcuts blocks to link to internal pages - Have instead an intro text + a photo - Keep only 3 columns in the footer (remove Featured) - Hide the social media icons/link in CSS (not de-activate completely) INTERNAL PAGE - Set up all pages to be a 2-column layout with the same right column than the home page (for desktop view). - Instead of large slide show, have a full width smaller strip of fixed image (the featured image of the page). LAYOUT NEEDS TO BE DISPLAYING PROPERLY ON ALL SCREENS. The theme itself is already responsive and therefore it should be easy to adjust what's already existing. Everything listed above is what I would like the freelancer to be doing for the fixed price I will go for. Anything out of this list can be part of another job. No surprise on my end. The theme and a latest version of Wordpress are currently all set up on a testing environment and I have started to customise a few things. I am also looking at long term relationships with Wordpress in particular and coding specialists in general. I am not always working with Wordpress, I choose platforms depending on clients needs.
