Website with Trouble Ticketing

we need a website for our company and it should be informative & includes a trouble ticketing feature to our clients.. it should be mobile friendly for our clients. basically it should serve survey call center our agents login and select a contact to call and special design form for that contact should be popped up in order to call the customer and fill it. 1. 5 to 10 pages for information and contacts form clients interface: 2. clients sign-in 3. each client has his own interface contains information and work statuses/updates 3. each client can send contacts (individual or bulk from text file) 4. few additional features will be shared later admin interface: 1. create clients & agents accounts 2. design clients interface & features (ease) 3. design questionnaire for each clients project and required form (filled & used by our agents) 4. reporting interface for each project\clients on work progress and all details gathered from our agents that work on that project 5. analysis pre-defiened dashboard for all & each project (exportable) 6. few additional features will be shared later Our agent interface: 1. agents login 2. assigned project found in his inbox 3. reserve contact in order to call it and fill the questionnaire that designed by admin and update the contact if no answer or rejected or successful call. 4. his work statistics how many forms he filled, time stamps & duration along with some project details 5. few additional features will be shared later
