I have a broad background that might lend itself to this specific need of creating real estate marketing materials . I was in commercial real estate with a tenant rep company Mohr Partners for 4 years. In addition to business development, when working transactions I handled a lot of research projects both collaboratively and on my own. I have created marketing materials for variety of businesses, and start ups. My history shows a strong sales history, but I've also stayed adept at my technical and creative skills out of necessity. Though I am no longer a licensed real estate professional, I have handled real estate leasing transactions for both myself, as well as assisted other real estate professionals and startup tenants periodically since that time. Because I am new to Freelancer, I'm open to taking on projects at a lower rate than I would normally while I build a portfolio of freelance work. I would have a fair amount of questions, but I am open to discussing a per project pay structures, or a structure involving multiple properties depending on details such as volume and the spectrum of properties you need materials for.
