Upload form that uploads files to MY Google Drive

Hi there, Your requirement is pretty clear and straightforward to implement. As you've mentioned the form will use driver and spreadsheet api. Also you'll be able to define the target folder to upload the files to via simple config directive. I can start as soon as you award the project and expect to be done within the next 24 hours. I was planning to use php as you've tagged it in skills but as far as I can see the link you've provided is an apps script web app. If you want to serve this form via google apps script as a web app just let me know then I'll use it instead of php.
