Tuition Cloud

I have a website called TUITION CLOUD, which hosts 3 Education programs i.e. WORDUTOPIA, QUESTER, and CHOICER. Unfortunately, technology has moved on and they now need updating using MVC and ASP.Net etc. I want the applications to be fully responsive to all devices. I had started to do this for 1 of the 3 applications using other Software Developers but had to suspend the project due to lack of funds. To best understand what these applications do, you can access the VIDEO TUTORIALS located on the Main Menus. I've had to borrow the original HOME page URL for the new version of Tuition Cloud i.e. [login to view URL] so the 3 original applications have to be accessed individually. For example, Wordutopia can be found at [login to view URL] From this location, you can access the other 2 applications by clicking on their respective icons at the top of every page. Basically, these applications allow Users to create a database of test questions that will be randomly presented to them on the default page. Enhancements such as HINT and ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, assist the User in recalling the answers and studying the subject in more detail during or after testing. Other features allow the User to create customised tests complete with countdown timers, and sharing capabilities with other Users across the Globe. Each test can be password protected but Users can opt to share single questions or their entire database of questions with other Users at any time. Again, the Tutorials will explain all this. I propose using GITHUB, to collaborate with you on this project, which needs to be completed in a matter of weeks rather than months so you really need to be at the top of your game to be considered for this contract. All coding rights will remain with myself and a Non-Disclosure Agreement will need to be signed by an important member of your team at the outset of this project, which will be based on a Fixed Price.
