Seeking Reliable Virtual Assistant with Creativity To Support CEO

Hello I run a leadership and business coaching and consulting company. My goal is to add value to others through coaching, speaking, and training. I am looking for a responsible and reliable individual who can partner with me to provide dedicated virtual assistant support up to 30 - hours a week. Attention to details is important as that is not my strong suit and I take pride in a job well done collectively. It would be expected to offer suggestions that are in the best interest of the work being accomplished and can communicate routinely on their progress. Being creative would be great. Looking to start as soon a possible. I am not looking for just a web designer - I am seeking a virtual administrative support who has a solid knowledge of web design. I currently have a web site on Wix platform that I would like to update for the coming business year. So for those in a different time zone, it works out well Job tasks would include but not limited to: Check in with leadership to set priorities for the day Redesign Wix website for 2018 business year Collaborate and manage social media campaigns (create memes, post etc.) on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. Lead generation based on target market Enhance and promote LinkedIn profile Internet research - RFP opportunities, blog writers, data, conferences etc. Local, state and national organizations and events Calendar management (daily) Manage travel needs (hotels, airlines, rental etc.) Manage time sheet submitted by contractors for payment (weekly) Invoice clients (weekly) Communicate with clients to maintain relationship Attend virtual client meeting to take notes and support follow-up tasks.
