Revamp & Rebuild our website www.maidcity.com.sg. It was built using Joomla with MSSQL but we are open to any CMS. a) To redeveloped our website in a more up-to-date, user friendly manner using current technologies and your creativity and maintaining all those functions that are currently serving users of the site well and adding new items to improve traffic and functionality of the site b) The development must be compatible across all platforms/browsers and mobile friendly c) Need to be created using CMS, as lots of information and text need to be constantly updated. The site needs to be built in such a way that any staff of the company can easily use the site and update the information in all the pages without the need of an IT person. User friendliness for this editing part is very important. d) Main users of the site: Staff/Admin of [login to view URL], Employer, Maid, individual who are just browsing. e) Registration is necessary and needs to be verified. f) Use social media as much as possible such as for LOGIN, Sharing etc. User can sign in via social media like FB, Google+ etc and can share information to their FB etc. And FB Social plugin link to FB page. Any suggestions and improvement on this is very much appreciated. g) To develop the maids/applicant section, where we would allow applicants to post the biodata on their own and the admin (office staff) will be able to edit when necessary and approve it before going live. Admin can communicate with user whenever necessary using messenger type of service h) To have a chat program/messenger program for staff that are online to communicate with each other. Also for staff to communicate with user of the site especially the maid who updates her biodata etc i) Users of the site is able to provide testimonial and rate the services J) To have a section, where we can post news around the world related to our business. Registered User can comment, share news to the FB/other social media – Also explore if we can share news from FB or from other sites. K) To include SEO and Page optimization for this site L) To have the Client DB incorporated, Information especially for the maids biodata should be linked to the Client DB system. Please take note of the following: 1) due to multiple bad experiences with freelancers we hired through this site, we are not going to pay any advance fee/ progress fee etc but will pay in full upon completion of this project. ** most of the time once the freelancers received the progress payment or initial payment they will abandon the project !!! And one of them was highly recommended by Freelancer!. These people only want easy fast money project which im not offering. 2) >>> the next project will be developing the Client DB system/CRM/Simple accounting System that is linked to this website.
