Project for Ramakant: Wordpress Site

A wordpress site for an organization consisting of about 6 templates with the following functionalities. All content will be provided.: 1. Home Landing Page a. Menu bar, links to other pages. b. Moving slider featuring important images, events etc. c. Chairman’s message - the purpose and goal. d. Latest announcements. e. Past events, f. Upcoming event information. g. List of sponsors or advertisers. 2. About Us: a. Profile page - the goal, the purpose etc. b. Chairman’s message c. Team / Committee members d. Optional (any registration certificate) 3. Membership: This section contains all information and FAQs related to membership of BBG (sub pages): - a. Membership Eligibility: A brief info on who can become member. b. FAQs related to membership c. Downloadable Member registration form which can be submitted to the administrator offline via email or by post. 4. Events : This section will have the following as sub pages : a. Upcoming Events b. Past Events c. Event Gallery d. Our sponsors : In addition to information about sponsors and containing links, has the ability to display company logos and other authorised sponsorship details. NOTE: Event display is according to chapter wise and national event. 5. News and Announcements: Admin makes announcements and adds news which is visible to all. 6. Media/Gallery: Display for news clips, paper cuttings etc in this section for past or present events or any member. 7. Contact Us: a. Registered office address b. Each location address and contact person – downloadable Enquiry form; - Google Map for location - Backend :  Event Section: Admin can add/edit/delete information about events.  News and Announcement: Admin can add/edit/delete news and make announcements.  Member Management: Activating / De-activating members from website. Admin can delete and add members.  Featured Member: Admin can upload details of some members and mark as featured. This is available for members who have done something noteworthy, touched a milestone etc.  Knowledge Bank Management: Admin need not approve content in this section, as it will be visible to only members. Admin can remove any content from this section.  Uploading Images on Website: Admin can upload images in image gallery of events and other places as defined. -Admin can delete / edit photos.  Mentorship List Management: Admin can add / edit / delete mentor’s name from mentorship list, management committee.  Event management: -Admin can set up events  Slider Change : Admin can change image of the slider on home page.
