Primablock on NEO platform

In laymen terms, the service lets people get together, pool fund, and purchase cryptocurrency, usually reserved for large investors. in cryptospeak, it's a smart contract for ICO presales. The interface for primablock is simple allowing people to send from their ethereum wallet to a unique address and tracking the users percentage contribution into the pool . After the pool is funded, fees are taken out for primablock and the organizers of the pool and then , tokens are purchased with the remaining pool funds. finally, total purchased tokens are return proportionally to contributors in the pool based on the percentage contribution into the pool. there is a clear description of the service on the website: [login to view URL] . The task is simple, clone primablock which is based on the Ethereum platform to a NEO version of the same platform. We will then optimize the code for low gas usage and add features such as reputation.
