Php developer required to develop Affiliates, Partners and other stake holders Portal/Reporting application

-A simple reporting login portel for affiliates,partners, artists, resellers etc. which also contains front end pages for potential affiliates and other stake holders -We have an existing html template purchased from themeforest, small design modifications may be required depending on the respective page. -Sales data will be imported to this application at specified intervels using cron job from another database. -It should be flexible so that different category of stake holders can be added in future with their unique datasets. -Application will be hosted on a sub-domain ([login to view URL]). -Frontend pages will have forms through which guests can apply for different stakeholder positions,form data should be forwarded to specified email by admin either via form or by modifying in the php code.
