Outsourcing Web Programmer - open to bidding

Hello, The idea is very simple .. I am aiming to start a web programming and digital marketing company and I am searching for outsourcing personnel or companies whom I can trust and rely on them in a long term relationship My role would be making all the necessary marketing and sales then contracting and gathering all required data for you, then your role should start by implementing these inputs into a template to output a fully function and competitive website The platforms should support RTL, since all websites should be multilingual mostly (Arabic, English and Bosnian). Payment / pricing should be per project. My company is provide online solutions such as : Website development, online marketing, branding .. etc. All projects budgets should be limited and reasonable because the following: 1- Long term business relationship between us. 2- Starting should be with competitive pricing. 3- Bosnia's economy is not strong and purchasing power is limited. Kindly answer the following questions: 1- Which technology are you using in creating websites? (Considering full functionality, ease of use, quick trouble-shooting and good performance) 2- Are you working alone or teamwork? 3- Sort all your capabilities “In details” in technology solutions (Ex: Web programming, digital marketing, branding, graphic design, logos, etc.) 4- Can you handle foreign languages such as (Arabic – Bosnian) contents (Considering that I will provide you with the website’s full contents in these languages)? 5- How much time required in average to complete a website? 6- How much does it cost in average to make a website? 7- Can you provide your real previous works which are published already on the internet? 8- Do you have a problem to go through a test?
