I'm a video maker myself, so know all about organizing libraries in Adobe Bridge. I've done it myself before so know generally what you're after. My wife's a student and after some part time work, so I can easily set it up for her based on your instructions and get her tagging and filing away. How soon did you want it done by, and what overall budget did you have to work with? It would take a few days I would imagine. When I've organized mine I've done it in dribs and drabs, because it gets a bit boring. I would imagine 1000 images a day would be good going though, depending on the system you have in mind.
