New Logo design for a GLOBAL SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AGENCY IN LONDON

Hello Logo Designer!! So let me give you a background of who we are and what we do. We are WELOVESOCIAL, we create disruptive and edgy creative campaigns to execute on social and get a viral/ ground breaking effect for brands looking to break through in the market such as for a launch, a new product or hit a record number of sales for their business. Our office is full of talented millennials in the heart of Exeter, it is a young millennial, fun work space where there are palm trees, music blasting, palm trees and fashionista social influencers working around filming, blogging , vlogging etc! Think bean bags, pool tables, Fifa, table football and you've got it! So we are in a process of getting our new site made for WELOVESOCIAL and part of that is the branding! The branding is very important to replicate who we are and why we are special. At the moment we have the logo - as attached. As you can see from it - I don't feel it recognises our brand identity, our services, our ethos, our culture within our office and most importantly our ambition this year to become a major player in the Social media marketing world. It's monotone, fair basic, and looks very corporate and uninspiring. What I believe is what we need is something curvy, modern , incorporates social and techy vibes, full of vibrant colours which could be part of the branding more than the logo itself, and looks something that a modern, millennial fast moving social media agency would have as its core identity. I've attached my simple sketch ideas of some ideas I think 'could' work. You see the curvy W, that incorporates the <3 love and W into one logo?! Just an idea but kind of shows you what I am thinking! What we're looking for is someone to come to us with a number of ideas, perhaps provisional designs of their imaginative creative flair or thinking and if they are interesting we would be willing to discuss properly to engage with some re-brand work. As you can imagine, we get several hundred people coming to us to design our logo but we are looking more for the right person who can show us that they can create what our brand is looking for at this crucial point of our brand journey.
