I need a photo editor

I have photos from my wedding that I would like edited/altered, about 60 total. Mainly I'm looking for someone who can alter out mine and my husband's double chins, as they are very predominant in most of the photos. I'd also like for the overall images to just be touched up such as enhancing the coloring, whitening teeth, slimming us down just a tad by stretching the photo some. Some of the pictures look like my husband is very bald at the top since his hair is light and very thin up there. If possible I'd like for that to be touched up a little and just filled in some. I have about 60 photos I would like to be edited. No time frame really as I've had these photos since November so I'm willing to wait for them longer. I just really want some decent ones from our wedding and I'm so disappointed in all of them. There is also one or two photos I would like my stepdad to be edited out because he took off his suit and is in jeans and if this is possible I would like for the picture with him in his suit to be added to those photos. He really ruined all the family photos by changing into jeans and it looks ridiculous. Also, most of the photos with my father in law he is frowning and looks like he hates life. I'd like for some of those to turn to a decent half smile at the least. I'd like someone who will work with me every step of the way. I didn't originally go into this thinking I wanted all of these edits but I might as well get what I want since I didn't get what I wanted originally. I really just need a good line of communication as I might give notes for every photo that is sent. So please be ok with that. I'd like enough photos to be able to make a nice wedding book out of.
