I need a graphic artist

I have the means to offer creative writing workshops to teams of workers who are now working in isolation. This builds the potential to create a work culture despite individuals now working from home. The concept is based on work currently being undertaken at a leading Melbourne hospital amongst medical students. The activities are fun and this needs to come out in the design. The activities can be subversive as they are open ended - so, rather than dictate how individuals should behave, they get the opportunity to express how they feel which has the potential to overcome feelings of isolation and inadequacy. The task are also not quantitative - there is no measurable outcome. Rather, we end up with expressions of what is taking place or being said within the team about their current situation. This has the potential to build rapport within a group but there are often realities that need to be faced. Management would, therefore, need to be open minded. The workshops can be run simply for fun as a team experience different from anything they have done before. But there is also the potential to evaluate what is written using thematic analysis. This is what we are currently doing at the Melbourne hospital where it has become the basis of a research project which the hospital hopes to use to differentiate itself from other providers where medical education is concerned. The workshops are novel in the novel age (a Covid age). Given that many people are now working from home, how do you bring people together to share the simple things they may have shared around the water cooler; the frustrations, the hopes, the benefits. and the problems. In many instances, just the opportunity to express oneself is sufficient to address the concern an individual may have - they are not alone and are heard though the challenges remain. I've attached the mock up I created but it lacks the 'punch' needed to communicate these things. Many of the ideas are in what has been written on the brochure but so much more could be expressed through the visual impact and the layout. I've imagined it as a tri-fold brochure I could send to executives managing teams but am open to suggestion. Hopefully, there is enough information in what I have suggested to give you a sense of direction. How can we make this more appealing? How do we create the sens of fun and opportunity? I'm looking for a way to suggest this is the solution to a very immediate and current problem of developing a sense of community even though people are now working in isolation from home.
