I need to Make a very Simple Website. The website must have to be fully device responsive for all the devices, especially for mobile. There will be just only 1 webpage to show visitors. and visitors will be redirected to other sites as soon as they click on any links of my site. the website has to have 2 pages/side. One for Visitors and rest one for admins. admin section will have a few more. very simple coding will be needed. Let's discuss in Pvt for more in details. For an expert website builder, it won't take more than 2 hrs to finish the task. Budget is very limited like $10 to $15.
