Make a plugin to an app that takes 2 photos with webcam of their identification ID and their face

Here's what I can do based on your description: We can create a plugin that takes a photo of users ID, and then take a photo of users face multiple times (this samples the images of users face and makes sure that image comparison would be with a higher accuracy and more reliable, there are several factors that could make low score on a single image sample such as hair style, face accessories -- i.e. glasses, earrings, etc.) number of samples would be configurable by administrator. Once all face images are saved, we start comparison to ID image and generate a match score, compare the match score to the admin configured passing score and display a message to the user.
