I have my store created, I have a theme I want to follow, I know what kind of designs I want. I am looking for best designers, but also affordable rates for a healthy long-term working relationship. I am willing to work with someone on commission or hourly. I think hourly would be a great option at first, with commission being a viable option if the store picks up...Let me know what you guys think and show me what you guys/gals are made of!
I definitely need to be confident in your skill-set and need to have good communication skills.
